Hi, my name is Jen! I am a recent graduate from App State and currently conducting my internship within the gardens of the Hospitality House!

I was born and raised along the shore of New Jersey, and ended up in the mountains of North Carolina for my college career. Here, I majored in Health Promotion and minored in Nutrition and Foods.

During my internship, I plan on using the knowledge gained from my degree to launch projects and aid in fundraisers in regard to health and nutrition within the gardens and kitchen along with my daily tasks as an intern (and whatever else comes my way throughout my time here!)

Ultimately, my goal is to help by aiding in the improvement of our residents health and quality of life! I can't wait to share all that I experience and learn from the Hospitality House with you guys!
