Help Your Neighbors

Stay Warm This Winter

Each winter households in our community face heating fuel shortages.

Since 2002, WeCAN, a benevolence program of Hospitality House, has been providing help to community members who find themselves having to make decisions between heat and food, warmth and medicine or fuel and rent. Many times, this assistance prevents a household from becoming homeless.

November 27th 2018 is #GivingTuesday and we are trying to raise enough money to provide 100 gallons of heating fuel to 27 households. With an average cost of $351 for a home heating delivery, many households are forced to reside in frigid temperatures.

Our GOAL is to raise $9,477 -

that's 100 gallons for 27 households.
