Housing issues in Watauga County have increased rapidly. They are “wicked problems” that remain tough-to-tackle. A diverse group of community members and key agency partners are hosting a free, four-session series known as the Watauga Housing Forum from mid-March to late April, 2022.
The sessions will be held *in person at the Watauga Community Recreation Center, and also virtually on Zoom, and a light box dinner will be provided for in-person participants. Each session will include sharing by fellow community members of their personal housing issues, providing and reviewing key local housing data, and community brainstorming, discussion, and planning action steps. All are invited to attend and participate!
