Interning in a Pandemic

I interned at Hospitality House during the COVID-19 pandemic as a COVID-19 liaison. A lot of my job was telling clients to put their mask on, but even through that barrier I was still able to make connections with our clients and learn about their circumstances and goals. I would highly recommend anyone to spend some time volunteering, interning, or working at Hospitality House to take time to talk to homeless people and you'll realize how great the community that we serve is.
